Required work schedule is Pacific Standard Time. Working Hours (8am to 5pm PST). \nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain applications and APIs in C# using .NET 6/8+, ASP.NET Core (MVC, Web API, Razor/Blazor), and Entity Framework Core.\nModel data and write performant queries, stored procedures, and migrations in Microsoft SQL Server.\nBuild and consume RESTful services and integrate with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.\nWrite unit and integration tests (xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest) and support automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.\nContribute to build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub Actions; support containerized deployments where used.\nApply secure coding standards (OWASP Top 10) and remediate static-analysis and vulnerability-scan findings.\nModernize and refactor legacy .NET Framework applications toward current .NET and cloud-ready architectures.\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver fixes on schedule.\nParticipate in design reviews, code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and technical documentation.\nRequired qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 8-10 years of software development experience (additional years of relevant work experience may substitute for a degree).\n4+ years of hands-on C#/.NET development, including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework.\nStrong SQL Server skills, including T-SQL and database design.\nExperience building and securing RESTful APIs.\nExperience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum delivery.\nWorking knowledge of a front-end framework (Angular, React, or Blazor) and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.\nActive DoW Secret security clearance or higher.
