technical performance, and successful delivery of assigned programs.\nServe as the primary point of contact for government customers, conducting program reviews and providing updates on performance, milestones, risks, and deliverables.\nLead complex IT modernization and technology transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and contractual requirements.\nOversee multidisciplinary technical teams supporting cloud migration, application development, networking, database optimization, maintenance, and related IT services.\nEstablish program objectives, milestones, master schedules, and performance metrics to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.\nIdentify program risks, technical challenges, and resource constraints, and implement appropriate corrective actions.\nCoordinate engineering, development, integration, and testing activities to ensure technical requirements are achieved.\nDirect and oversee employees assigned to the program, ensuring effective resource allocation and team performance.\nSupport business development efforts and identify opportunities to expand existing programs and services.\nManage changing priorities while maintaining program execution, quality, and customer satisfaction.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of 10 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years managing federal IT modernization initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex IT transformation and modernization programs.\nProven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams across multiple IT disciplines, including cloud migration, application development, networking, and database management.\nStrong understanding of program budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and technical performance.\nExperience managing federal government customers, contractual requirements, and program deliverables.\nExcellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nActive Secret security clearance required.\nU.S. Citizenship required.\nAbility to work onsite in downtown Washington, DC.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.\nUnderstanding of data engineering concepts and related technologies.\nExperience supporting large-scale federal IT modernization and systems integration
