This is a fully onsite position supporting the USASOC G-6 mission.\nThe ideal candidate is a client-facing leader with strong expertise in Change Management and Information Technology (IT) services, capable of driving both new and existing projects while ensuring alignment with USASOC G-6 and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) policies. This individual will oversee day-to-day project execution, manage strategic initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams.\nSuccess in this role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a proven ability to deliver results on time, within scope, and within budget.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nApply Change Management principles to ensure configuration requirements for network accreditations, inspections, and audits (e.g., DAIG) are met.\nSupport the Configuration Advisory Board (CAB) and Change Management processes by applying ITIL best practices.\nEvaluate and manage networking hardware, software, and life cycle strategies to support change management.\nDevelop, implement, and refine change management policies, procedures, and regulations.\nEmploy data management, documentation, and auditing techniques to strengthen the Change Management program.\nInterpret and apply USASOC G-6 and USSOCOM policies, strategies, and procedures for IT service delivery.\nProvide updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to the Change Management Process Owner.\nManage projects with multiple subcontractors, ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and contractual requirements.\nLead cross-functional teams, coordinate technical leads, and ensure seamless project execution.\nServe as the primary point of contact with government customers.\nOversee technical, financial, and client satisfaction performance using established tools and processes.\nDevelop project scope, objectives, strategies, and risk mitigation plans.\nManage resources, schedules, budgets, and changes while minimizing project risk.\nTrack project progress, maintain documentation control, and ensure deliverables meet government requirements.\nReport and escalate issues as needed to leadership.\nDelegate tasks effectively based on team strengths and experience.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nSupport G-6 assignments independently, while collaborating with colleagues and government partners.\nAssist with policy documentation, performance assessments, briefings, and training material development.\nCreate reports and visualizations to support leadership decision-making.\nMonitor schedules, identify gaps, and track open issues through resolution.\nProvide program planning support, including scheduling, reporting, and performance monitoring.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nExperience, Education, and Clearances Required:\nMinimum of 2 to 4 years of Project and Technical support experience or equivalent.\nExperience supporting high level DoD customers and excellent communication skills. \nFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)\nMust have an active TS/SCI Clearance.\nAbility to work independently or in a team framework.\nAbility to research and gather information; verify and analyze data.
