solutions.\nWork Location: Washington DC\nClearance: Active Secret \nResponsibilities\nLead full lifecycle development using C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET, and modern full-stack technologies.\nImplement enhancements, perform code-level fixes, and provide advanced troubleshooting across the application stack.\nArchitect secure, scalable cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS or OCI.\nLead modernization of legacy systems into cloud platforms, supporting microservices and containerized architectures.\nDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs, reusable components, and modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular.\nSupport complex integrations with internal and external systems.\nCollaborate with DevOps engineers to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines.\nSupport deployment automation using Docker, Kubernetes, and related cloud-native tooling.\nEngage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nContribute to incremental delivery schedules and ensure successful execution of development tasks.\nProvide technical leadership to mid-level developers in a hybrid or multi-team environment.\nMentor junior developers and drive adoption of engineering best practices and secure coding standards.\nWorking closely with project managers, business analysts, and functional leads to ensure technical solutions aligning with operational and mission requirements.\nCommunicate progress, challenges, and risks effectively to leadership and stakeholders.\nConduct code reviews and enforce compliance with secure coding, performance optimization, and architectural guidelines.\nPromote continuous improvement and ensure technical solutions meet enterprise standards.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field\nRelevant certifications such as Azure Developer Associate, AWS Developer, or Scrum/Agile certifications are advantageous.\nTechnical Proficiency:\nExpert-level C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and API development.\nProficiency with React, Angular, or equivalent front-end frameworks.\nStrong knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices, and integration architecture.\nHands-on experience with Azure, AWS or OCI cloud services and cloud-native technologies.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.\nProficiency with relational and Oracle databases\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.\nDemonstrated experience leading or mentoring development teams.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical
