Senior Mechanical Engineer(R&D)

Wat ga je doen als onze Senior Mechanical Engineer(R&D) Als onze Senior Mechanical Mechanical Engineer(R&D) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren, ontwikkelen en realiseren van nieuwe producten en technische oplossingen. Je vertaalt markt- en klantbehoeften naar innovatieve, technisch haalbare en commercieel succesvolle producten. Daarbij begeleid je projecten van conceptfase tot marktintroductie en werk je nauw samen met collega's, leveranciers en andere stakeholders. Daarnaast ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

• Het initiëren, plannen en realiseren van R&D-projecten en productontwikkelingen.
• Het ontwikkelen, testen en optimaliseren van producten en technische constructies in 3D-CAD.
• Het coördineren van prototypes, validatietrajecten en externe samenwerkingspartners.
• Het bewaken van projectplanningen, budgetten en technische doelstellingen.
• Het signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en het vertalen van innovatiekansen naar concrete oplossingen. De vaardigheden en ervaring die je nodig hebt Wij zoeken iemand die beschikt over:
• Een HBO- of WO-opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechanical Engineering of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen productontwikkeling, engineering of R&D.
• Ruime ervaring met 3D CAD-software, bij voorkeur SolidWorks.
• Ervaring met projectmatig werken en het begeleiden van technische ontwikkeltrajecten.
• Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. We beoordelen sollicitaties regelmatig, dus wacht niet te lang.
