This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.\nEstablish effective communication channels with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.\nPrepare and present clear status reports for different audiences, including executive management.\nDevelop and maintain realistic project schedules, considering dependencies and resources.\nProactively identify and resolve project issues.\nBuild strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates on initiatives and concerns.\nPerform other duties as assigned. Experience\nMinimum 2-4 years in Project Management with proven success.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM or equivalent).\nExperience in test planning, implementation, installation and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Qualifications\nDiploma or bachelor’s degree required.\nStrong negotiation and communication skills.\nAbility to quickly learn Entrance System applications and lead implementations.\nExpertise in writing scopes of work for construction subcontractors.
