We value a collaborative approach, promote diversity, and prioritize safety and integrity in all our operations.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our assets including: turbo-machinery, rotating equipment, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and HVAC maintenance. You will plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manage maintenance contractors, and ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing maintenance strategies and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and reduce downtime.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.\nDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize asset reliability and minimize downtime.\nOversee the planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities, ensuring resources are available and work is executed in a timely manner.\nAllocate resources and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and workshop activities in accordantce with the IAP as directed by the OIM.\nManage relationships with maintenance contractors and service providers, ensuring work is performed to the required standards and within budget.\nMonitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate actions.\nEnsure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and standards, promoting a strong safety culture among maintenance personnel.\nCollaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance strategies and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.\nEnsure all data is entered in to SAP and that all maintenance& integrity related information is available, accurate and reported correctly\nParticipate in root cause analysis and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management within the Oil and Gas industry.\nProven track record of successfully leading maintenance teams and delivering results.\nStrong knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability engineering, and asset management principles.\nExperience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools.\nExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate a diverse workforce.\nSound understanding of HSE regulations and standards.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.\nFluency in French is essential\nWillingness to travel to various sites as required.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3006,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"French","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Gabon","iso":"GA","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Oil & Gas"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-11T09:51:37Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Senior or Specialist Worker, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker;
