We’re looking for a Product Manager to build agentic automation that handles the decisions behind those operations-from responding to unexpected staffing gaps to approving time off and shift swaps. You’ll make analysts’ jobs easier while giving support team members more autonomy and control over their schedules.\nYou’ll take a new revenue-generating product from 0 to 1, building toward fully autonomous operations within customer-defined goals and guardrails. Working with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams, you’ll own the product from strategy through launch and adoption, including packaging and pricing tied to the work it automates and the value it delivers. You’ll build on a mature platform with live customers and real scale.\nThis role is based in our San Francisco office, in person five days a week, Monday-Friday.\nWhat you’ll achieve\nOwn the product vision and roadmap for agentic automation, connecting customer needs to measurable business outcomes.\n\nDefine the controls, visibility, and evaluations that let customers trust autonomous decisions and involve a person when needed.\n\nWork directly with customers to test the product in live operations, measure its impact, and drive adoption.\n\nPartner with go-to-market teams on packaging, pricing, and launch, and define the metrics that connect automated work to customer value and revenue.\n\nAbout you\n4+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.\n\nClear written and verbal communication, with the ability to align engineering, design, commercial teams, and senior customer stakeholders.\n\nA track record of taking ambiguous, 0-to-1 products from concept to production and adoption.\n\nStrong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to make product tradeoffs.\n\nSound judgment about AI behavior, reliability, and when people should stay in control.\n\nExperience working directly with customers to understand complex workflows and turn those insights into product decisions.\n\nExperience at a growing startup, with the ability to prioritize and deliver as business needs evolve.\n\nOur U.S. benefits\nGenerous medical, dental, and vision benefits\n\nPaid company holidays, sick time, and unlimited time off\n\nMonthly credits to spend on each: professional development, general wellness, Assembled customers, and commuting\n\nPaid parental leave\n\nOnsite work model with catered lunches everyday (M-F), snacks, and beverages in our SF & NY offices\n\n401(k) plan enrollment\n\nThe estimated base salary range for this role is $190,000 - $240,000 per year.
