You’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality, on-brand assets that support seasonal campaigns, marketing initiatives and the overall brand experience. We’d especially like to hear from candidates with strong design execution skills, a keen eye for detail and experience working across multiple creative formats while maintaining brand consistency.\nThe Role\nThe Senior Graphic Designer is a highly organised, detail-oriented creative who brings campaign concepts to life across digital, print and in-store channels. With a strong eye for design and a clear understanding of Assembly Label’s visual identity, the right person delivers polished, on-brand assets while working collaboratively with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure consistency, quality and timely execution across every touchpoint.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign Execution & Rollout\nRoll out campaign creative across all channels including social media, website, EDMs, wholesale and in-store\nAction feedback from the Senior Graphic Designer promptly and accurately\nWork collaboratively with the Marketing team to deliver seasonal and promotional assets on time\nOrganisation & Attention to Detail\nManage design requests, prioritising workload to meet campaign and business deadlines\nEnsure accuracy and attention to detail across all assets before handover.\nKeep files and folders organised and up to date so work is easy to find and handover\nBrand Standards & Consistency\nApply the brand guidelines accurately across all outputs, making sure every asset looks and feels like Assembly Label\nMaintain and work within existing templates and design systems, flagging anything that falls out of line\nHas a good eye for design and current trends to make sure work feels polished, relevant and on brand\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork with the Creative and Marketing teams to understand briefs and deliver what's needed\nAsk questions early to make sure briefs are clear and requirements are understood before starting\nCreative Asset Management\nMaintain an organised digital library of all design assets, ensuring easy access for internal teams\nPrepare, optimise and export files correctly for each platform, for both digital and print needs\nAbout You\n1-2 years of experience, or a design graduate with a strong portfolio that shows clean, considered execution.\nA solid grasp of typography and layout\nA natural eye for design and a good sense of current trends in fashion and visual culture. \nProficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.\nExperience preparing files for print and digital\nBasic video editing or motion design skills a plus.\nStrong accuracy and attention to detail\nSound judgement under deadline pressure\nDiscretion and integrity with confidential information\nConfident communicating with leaders and customers\nTakes ownership and drives improvement\nHumble, Hungry and Smart\nApplying\nWe encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and underrepresented groups who reflect our wonderfully diverse community.
