We are adding to our motivated team that pride themselves on being client-focused, biased to action, improving together, and insistent on excellence and integrity. \nThis is a full-time, exempt position reporting to our Director of RCM Account Management.\nWhat You Will Do\nClient Relationship Management:\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and concerns proactively.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.\nConduct regular client meetings to review RCM performance, discuss challenges, and align on financial goals.\nProvide ongoing education to clients on RCM processes, industry trends, and regulatory changes.\nRevenue Cycle Performance & Optimization:\nMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Denial Rates, AR Aging, and Net Collections.\nIdentify trends and implement solutions to optimize revenue collection and minimize delays.\nCollaborate with internal billing, coding, and collections teams to ensure timely claims submission, payment posting, and follow-ups.\nAddress payer issues, reimbursement challenges, and operational bottlenecks.\nOperational & Financial Oversight:\nDevelop and execute action plans to improve financial outcomes for clients.\nEnsure compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, CMS, payer policies) and best practices.\nProvide detailed reporting and insights on revenue cycle health.\nPartner with leadership to refine workflows and enhance efficiency.\nIssue Resolution & Process Improvement:\nInvestigate and resolve client issues related to claims, payments, or system inefficiencies.\nWork cross-functionally with internal teams to drive process improvements.\nIdentify automation and technology enhancements to streamline operations.\nQualifications & Skills:\nExperience: 5+ years in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare account management.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent years of professional experience.\n Technical Skills: Familiarity with RCM software (e.g., ModMed, Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks), payer portals, and reporting tools.\n Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), insurance verification, and reimbursement processes. Knowledge and familiarity with ProFee coding for ambulatory care practices.\nSoft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.\nAnalytical Ability: Experience with financial reports, data analysis, and KPI tracking.\nPeople Oversight: 3+ years’ experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions.\nAbility to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment. \nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs.
