We are adding to our motivated team that pride themselves on being client-focused, biased to action, improving together, and insistent on excellence and integrity.\nWhat You Will Do \nSupport RCM Account Managers with client inquiriesand identifyareas of improvement. \nOversee and providecoaching to a multi-disciplinary team of offshoreteam members. \nComplete complex denials follow-up and appeals and support AR management and payment posting functions. \nIdentify, investigate, and resolve unpaid claims. \nResearch and resolve payment and adjustment discrepancies. \nSubmit claims’ reconsiderations and appeals. \nResearch payer policies. \nResolve patient queries and verify insurance coverage. \nPresent reports to Account Managers informing them of offshore KPIs and A/R health status. \nOther tasks as needed. \nWhat it Takes to Join the Family \nExperience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or similar position preferred. \nOffshore management and collaboration experience required. \nUnderstanding of referrals and pre-authorizations, eligibility and benefits verification, and insurance billing \nManage critical deadlines and keen attention to detail. \nTask oriented personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented atmosphere. \nWork successfully both on a team and independently. \nAnalytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude \nAbility to escalate concerns to the appropriate person and/or department. \nCommunicate and collaborate with Accounts Receivable Specialists, insurance companies, patients, and leadership. \nProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) \nAbility to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment. \nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs.
