Perhaps you have worked offshore, in a workshop, pipe yard or another operational environment and are now ready to move into a role where you can take ownership of the bigger picture.\nAt Marwell, you will get the opportunity to combine your operational and technical understanding with planning, coordination and customer dialogue - and take responsibility for keeping our deliveries on track.\nThe role\nAs Operations Coordinator, you will take ownership of the operational flow of Marwell's deliveries within our Sand Control product line.\nWith several projects and deliveries running in parallel, your job is to keep the full picture in sight - what is in production, what is on its way, what equipment needs to come together, what the customer needs and what is coming further down the line.\nSome activities need to be planned many months in advance, while others require quick decisions and problem-solving along the way. Being able to look ahead, identify potential risks and make sure the right people have the right information at the right time will therefore be an important part of your role.\nYou will work closely with customers, manufacturing partners, logistics providers and your colleagues at Marwell, becoming an important link between everyone involved in getting a delivery successfully from production to the end user.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nTaking ownership of the operational coordination of customer deliveries within our Sand Control product line\n\nKeeping track of multiple projects and deliveries running in parallel\n\nCoordinating equipment, production, logistics and delivery schedules\n\nPlanning ahead and making sure upcoming requirements are identified early\n\nFollowing up deliveries from our manufacturing partners in Europe through to the end user\n\nMaintaining close and proactive dialogue with customers and other stakeholders\n\nCoordinating relevant delivery documentation and Proof of Delivery\n\nIdentifying potential risks, bottlenecks or delays and taking initiative to resolve them\n\nMaking sure customers and other stakeholders have the information and support they need throughout the delivery process\n\nWho are we looking for?\nWe imagine you have around 3-5 years of relevant experience, but we are more interested in what you have learned, how you work and the responsibility you are ready to take on than the exact number of years on your CV.\nYou may have experience from offshore operations, well services, completions, a workshop, pipe yard, OCTG/tubulars, logistics or another technical and operational environment.\nYou do not need to be an expert in Sand Control - we can teach you that.\nWhat we are looking for is someone who understands operations. You know that a successful delivery is about more than moving equipment from A to B.
