And where experience is trusted.\nYour responsibilities\nAs Operations Manager, you will:\nLead day-to-day operations for DNO's operated subsea production systems\n\nEnsure safe, reliable and efficient production through strong operational leadership\n\nOversee subsea integrity management, maintenance strategies and fitness-for-service assessments\n\nDrive barrier management, process safety and operational risk management\n\nManage interfaces with host operators and technical service providers\n\nSupport subsea intervention planning and execution\n\nProvide operational expertise to development projects and non-operated assets\n\nEnsure compliance with company management systems, regulatory requirements and industry standards\n\nContribute to operational strategy, continuous improvement and competence development\n\nRepresent DNO in technical discussions with partners, regulators and industry stakeholders\n\nWho we're looking for\nYou have spent much of your career building technical expertise and operational judgement.\nYou understand what it takes to safely operate offshore production assets, and you're comfortable making decisions where safety, reliability and commercial performance all matter.\nIdeally, you bring:\nA Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)\n\nAround 20 years' experience within offshore oil and gas operations\n\nExtensive knowledge of subsea production systems, coupled with a thorough understanding of platforms and downstream systems\n\nStrong experience with integrity management and production-phase operations\n\nA successful track record of working across organisational boundaries, e.g. with host operators, technical service providers and joint ventures\n\nA broad technical understanding of offshore facilities’ operations and maintenance systems\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to build trust across organisations\n\nProfessional engineering accreditation and relevant offshore certifications are considered an advantage.\nWhy DNO?\nThere are larger organisations.\nThere are more specialised organisations.\nFew combine technical complexity, operational responsibility and the opportunity to influence the business quite like DNO.\nWe are large enough to operate an extensive and growing portfolio of offshore assets-yet agile enough that experienced professionals have direct access to decision-makers and genuine influence on how work gets done.\nAs our North Sea business continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to help shape not only today's operations, but how we develop the organisation for tomorrow.
