Join a workplace where success is a collective journey and leadership is a shared responsibility. \nOperations Specialist\nThe Operations Specialist will provide administrative support to senior-level management responsible for the overall management and performance of communities within the designated portfolio. The Operations Specialist will perform tasks in various areas to include administrative support, research, analysis, marketing, and financials. \nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nProvide ongoing support to assigned senior-level managers. \nCollect and review historical income and expense information of apartment buildings. \nInterface with clients to facilitateunderstanding of property performance and unique characteristics of assets. \nGather and analyze market information to include market trends and rent comparablesthrough both internal and third-party reports. \nLead and manage various internal projects. \nPreparation of materialsas necessary. \nPrepare and ensure accurateand timelyweekly/monthly/quarterly property reporting. \nAnswer and direct resident calls at the Corporate Level. \nCoordinate travel, hotel, and rental car arrangements, as needed.\nOther duties as assigned. \nTravel Requirement: This position may entail travel, estimated at 10% of work time annually for property visits or internal meetings.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in quantitative majors such as finance, real estate, or economics a plus. \nStrong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \nExperience and/or knowledge in Property Management Software, such as MRI or One-Site a plus. \nProblem solving, decision making, and analytical skills required. \nMeticulous attention to detail. \nMust be able to work with multiple deadlines and tasks while maintainingefficiency and control over projects assigned. \nThis job description should not be considered all-inclusive. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role.
