Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in unserem Standort in Landshut, suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Bauleiter:in Fassade (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf die Revitalisierung und Sanierung von Bestandsfassaden.

Wir erwarten von dir flexible Präsenz, je nach Projektlocation oder im Büro.

Aufgaben

Deine Tätigkeiten sind im Wesentlichen:

  • Leitung, Organisation und Abwicklung spannender Fassadenprojekte vor Ort auf der Baustelle als verlängerter Arm für unsere Projektleiter
  • Koordination der ausführenden Gewerke und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bauablaufs
  • Verantwortung für Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle auf der Baustelle
  • Überwachung und Umsetzung technischer Vorgaben sowie Sicherheitsstandards
  • Unterstützung bei der Nachtragsprüfung und Abrechnung

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst:

  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Fassadenbau und in der Bauleitung
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und technisches Know-how
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis für Fassadenkonstruktionen, Materialien und Bauphysik
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Programm-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Project, MS-Office; Kenntnisse in AutoCAD und evtl. auch SolidWorks, Revit, Rhino und ERP-Erfahrung sind von Vorteil.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
