& Execution\nDevelop, execute, and continuously update project plans to meet evolving requirements within the SOW\nManage day-to-day project activities, scope, schedule, and resources\nLead project status meetings and provide clear, consistent reporting on progress\nTrack and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation when needed\nOversee quality assurance of all deliverables prior to client submission\nEnsure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained\nFacilitate project closeout, including final deliverables and documentation\nFinancial & Operational Management\nManage project budgets and forecast projections\nTrack project resource utilization, hours, and expenses with accuracy and timeliness\nMonitor accounts receivable and partner with clients to resolve outstanding invoices\nIdentify scope changes and manage change requests appropriately\nEnsure project milestones are aligned for billing once deliverables are completed\n\nClient Engagement & Communication\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle\nEstablish and manage clear client expectations\nCommunicate project updates, risks, and decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels\nDeliver professional, well-structured presentations and status updates\nAddress and escalate issues proactively to drive resolution\nBuild strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with internal teams including Professional Services, Development, QA, Customer Care, Hosting, Sales, and Executive Leadership\nEnsure alignment across teams to support project success\nEffectively leverage team member strengths and contributions\nFoster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing project team environment\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university\n3-5 years of project management experience in software implementation\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving
