the Company\n Our client is a rapidly growing coffee roasting and manufacturing business supplying private-label coffee to major US retailers and businesses, including large convenience, restaurant and retail chains.\nDue to significant growth, they are looking for an experienced EDI & Reporting Coordinator to take ownership of their EDI processes, purchase orders and customer reporting.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, technically confident and enjoys troubleshooting operational issues.\nThe Role\nYou will be responsible for ensuring purchase orders flow correctly through the company's EDI systems, troubleshooting issues and working closely with internal teams and the company's EDI provider.\nYou will also support the preparation and maintenance of customer coffee reports, using Excel and potentially AI tools to improve and streamline reporting processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and monitor purchase orders received through EDI\nTroubleshoot EDI and purchase order issues\nInvestigate incorrect pricing, failed transactions and other processing issues\nWork directly with SPS Commerce to resolve EDI issues\nAssist with setting up EDI connections for new retail customers\nEnsure orders successfully flow between customer and internal systems\nMaintain accurate records of EDI activity and purchase orders\nPrepare and update customer coffee reports\nWork with large datasets and spreadsheets to ensure reporting accuracy\nIdentify opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes\nWork closely with internal operations, finance and customer support teams\nCommunicate effectively through email, phone and Microsoft Teams\nTake ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution\nRequirements\nPrevious experience working with EDI systems\nExperience processing and troubleshooting purchase orders\nExperience withSPS Commerce or a similar EDI provider\nStrong Excel skills\nExperience working with detailed reports and large datasets\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasks\nStrong written and spoken English\nComfortable communicating with internal teams and external service providers\nExperience with Sage is highly desirable\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude would be an advantage\nThe Ideal Candidate\nWe are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and solutions-focused.\nYou should be comfortable working through technical issues without needing constant supervision and have a strong sense of ownership over your work.\nThe ideal person will be calm, organised and able to work with a sense of urgency when issues arise, particularly
