The company is looking for a proactive Logistics & Routing Coordinator to help ensure orders are delivered on time and any issues are quickly resolved.\nThe Role\nYou will work closely with the Operations and Customer Support teams, coordinating freight and communicating with carriers to ensure shipments are progressing as expected.\nThis is a high-touch coordination role where responsiveness, organisation and follow-through are essential.\nYou will take ownership of logistics issues, communicate updates internally and work directly with carriers to resolve delays, appointment issues and other freight-related problems.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and monitor freight shipments\nCommunicate with multiple carriers regarding deliveries and shipments\nFollow up on shipment status and delivery schedules\nTroubleshoot delivery delays and freight issues\nResolve appointment and routing issues with carriers\nObtain and communicate updates on shipments\nKeep internal Operations and Customer Support teams informed\nCoordinate routing information for retail and other customer orders\nMaintain accurate logistics records and updates\nTake ownership of issues from initial identification through to resolution\nEscalate significant issues when required\nEnsure orders remain on track and reach customers on time\nCommunicate primarily via email, with phone and Microsoft Teams as required\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in logistics, freight, transportation, dispatch or operations\ncoordination\nStrong organisational and follow-up skills\nExcellent written and spoken English\nComfortable communicating with multiple carriers and internal teams\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently\nStrong sense of urgency and accountability\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment\nConfident using email, Microsoft Teams and standard office software\nThe Ideal Candidate\nWe're looking for someone who gets things done.\nYou should be highly responsive, organised and persistent when following up on issues.
