provide the overall marketing direction and messaging-you'll be responsible\nfor transforming those ideas into polished, customer-ready content and campaigns.\nThe role is initially 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase to full-time as the\nbusiness continues to grow.\nKey Responsibilities\nSocial Media Marketing\n\nEdit founder-recorded TikTok videos into engaging short-form content for TikTok and\nInstagram Reels.\nCreate visually appealing Instagram carousel posts and static graphics in Canva.\nDevelop and maintain the monthly social media content calendar.\nSchedule and publish social media content.\nEnsure all content is aligned with the brand's tone, style, and visual identity.\n\nEmail Marketing\n\nDesign and build email campaigns and automated customer journeys, including:\nWelcome series\nAbandoned cart flows\nPromotional campaigns\nCreate email designs in line with the brand identity.\nTranslate marketing briefs and inspiration into high-converting email campaigns.\n\nContent Marketing\n\nAssist with drafting blog content for the Offdays brand.\nFormat and publish blogs within Shopify.\nSource, resize, and optimise blog imagery to match brand templates.\nSupport content production for a second health-tech business by sourcing and preparing\nblog imagery.\n\nMarketing Support\n\nHelp organise and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.\nResearch marketing inspiration and industry trends.\nMaintain consistency across all marketing assets.\nSuggest ideas and improvements based on marketing best practices.\nFuture Growth Opportunities\nAs the business expands, this role is expected to evolve and may include:\nCoordinating communication with manufacturing, packaging, and testing vendors\n(non-technical project coordination).\nInfluencer research, outreach, and relationship management.\nManaging content scheduling and publishing across social channels.\nProducing simple weekly marketing and Shopify performance reports.\nTaking greater ownership of campaign planning and execution.\nAbout You\nWe're looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and enjoys working in a startup\nenvironment where no two days are the same.\n Essential Skills & Experience\nPrevious experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management.\nStrong Canva design skills.\nExperience creating engaging social media content for Instagram and TikTok.\nExperience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo (or similar).\nExperience working with Shopify.\nExcellent written English.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nComfortable taking a brief and turning it into polished, customer-facing content with\nminimal supervision.\n Desirable\nExperience working with consumer brands, wellness, health, or lifestyle products.\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.\nBasic understanding of
