You’ll work directly alongside the business owner to build and scale the brand online, while helping bring new ideas to life.\nThe ideal candidate is someone who can comfortably switch between thecreative and technical sides of digital marketing - someone who understands how to create beautiful content, but also knows how to optimize a Shopify store, manage products, improve SEO, and support broader online growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nSocial Media & Content\nManage and develop the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms.\nCreate engaging, high-quality social media content that reflects a luxury jewelry brand.\nDevelop creative concepts and campaigns to showcase jewelry both digitally and\nphysically.\nDesign social media graphics, promotional materials, flyers, and other creative assets.\nHelp develop and execute a broader social media strategy.\nSupport the management and optimization of social media advertising and online campaigns.\nE-commerce & Shopify\nManage and maintain the company’s Shopify e-commerce website.\nAdd and update products, SKUs, images, descriptions, pricing, and other product\ninformation.\nEnsure product pages are accurate, polished, and aligned with the brand.\nOptimize product pages and website content for SEO.\nIdentify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase online sales.\nHelp develop and scale the website as the business grows.\nIdentify when external developers or specialists are required and help\ncoordinate/manage those projects.\nMarketing\nDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.\nSupport the development of a broader online marketing strategy.\nIdentify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and e-commerce sales.\nBring fresh ideas and creative approaches to how the business can showcase its\nproducts online.\nWork closely with the owner to turn ideas into practical marketing campaigns and\ninitiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, or a similar role.\nStrong experience working with Shopify.\nExcellent understanding of social media management and content creation.\nStrong graphic design skills, particularly using tools such as Canva and/or Photoshop.\nUnderstanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices.\nExperience with email marketing and digital advertising.\nA strong creative eye and excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to manage both creative projects and more technical e-commerce responsibilities.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.\nThe Ideal Candidate\nExperience withinluxury, jewelry, fashion, beauty, or another premium consumer brand would be highly desirable.\nYou should have a genuine appreciation for luxury and an understanding of how premium\nproducts need to be presented online.
