within Go High Level (GHL) for:\nScheduling\n\nCommunication\n\nPayments tracking\n\nUse internal app to manage operations\n\nSend messages, flyers, and updates to clients\n\nRequirements (MUST-HAVES)\n3-4+ years experience in admin, scheduling, or operations\n\nStrong English communication (spoken + written)\n\nComfortable handling phone calls with US clients\n\nAbility to work fast under pressure (real-time scheduling)\n\nHighly tech-savvy and quick learner\n\nStrong organizational + problem-solving skills\n\nNice-to-Haves\nFamiliarity with US geography (especially
