We are looking for a highly hands-on Associate Product Manager who can turn product priorities and customer needs into clear, executable plans for Engineering and QA.\nOur solution is used in clinical settings, we expect you to be comfortable in a hospital environment and interact with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.\nYour ultimate goal is to make it easy for our customers to adopt and use our solution. To be successful, you will be adept at juggling responsibilities in parallel, anticipating operational challenges, and building strong relationships. You are someone willing to roll up their sleeves and work in the details. This is not a role for someone who only facilitates meetings or works at a high strategic level.\nWe operate as one team. The right person focuses on solving problems, establishing clear accountability, and improving outcomes. We expect you to comfortably move between clinical teams (e.g. nurses, physicians), administrative stakeholders (e.g. finance, procurement), hospital IT teams, third party vendors and internal teams. Teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, project management, understanding of software development and communication are essential.\nGiven the dynamic nature of startup life, the role of the Associate Product Manager is dynamic with priorities evolving regularly. There may occasionally be critical launches, releases, or production issues that require additional effort beyond a standard workweek.
