You should be comfortable managing day-to-day administration, resolving issues and making configuration changes without needing extensive training.\nYou will work alongside the project team, taking responsibility for assigned tasks and ensuring they are completed properly and on time.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and maintain SharePoint Online sites and environments\nManage SharePoint sites, Lists, Libraries, permissions and access\nConfigure SharePoint settings and site functionality\nManage users, groups and permissions\nSupport document management and SharePoint structures\nInvestigate and resolve SharePoint issues\nTroubleshoot access, permissions and configuration problems\nSupport SharePoint migrations, restructures and improvements\nAssist with Microsoft 365 administration where required\nWork with other Microsoft 365 applications where they integrate with SharePoint\nDocument changes, processes and solutions\nSupport wider SharePoint projects and implementations\nTest and review changes before they are put into use\nRequirements\nThe successful candidate will have:\nDemonstrable hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online\nExperience working within Microsoft 365\nGood knowledge of SharePoint Lists and Libraries\nExperience managing SharePoint permissions and user access\nStrong troubleshooting skills\nGood understanding of SharePoint site structure and configuration\nExperience supporting users and resolving technical issues\nGood written and verbal English\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail\nThis is not an entry-level role.
