Associated Bank conducts a thorough background check on all new hires.\nRole SummaryThe Private Banking Associate supports Private Bankers and Specialists in delivering exceptional service to high net worth clients. This role coordinates loan and deposit documentation, manages portfolio maintenance, and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal standards. You will gain hands-on experience with complex financial solutions while building strong partnerships across the bank.\nOperates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act requirements. Must submit required information to meet registry requirements, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain the registration requirements as directed by the S.A.F.E Act.\nKey Accountabilities\nCoordinate new loan requests and renewals, including application submission, documentation review, and loan booking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.\n\nMonitor loan portfolios by tracking renewals, reviewing financial statements, and supporting asset quality management.\n\nProcess deposit and loan transactions, including account openings, wire transfers, stop payments, and other client service requests.\n\nPartner with internal teams such as credit, legal, and customer care to resolve complex transactions and client issues.\n\nSupport Private Bankers with scheduling, reporting, client outreach, and preparation of presentation materials.\n\nEnsure all documentation and account activity meet compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards.\n\nEducation & Experience\nRequired:\nAssociate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n2+ years of banking, financial services, or administrative experience\n\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting high net worth clients\n\nExperience with loan and deposit documentation processes\n\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nAt Associated Bank, you’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering personalized financial solutions and exceptional service.
