This role serves as a key point of contact for business partners, leadership, project teams, and third-party vendors while providing oversight throughout the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.\n\nKey Accountabilities\nLead cross-functional teams in the successful execution and implementation of strategic projects.\nDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and scope to ensure project success.\nMonitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.\nDrive projects through the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design collaboration, testing, training, production readiness, and change management.\nPrioritize and coordinate multiple interrelated initiatives based on business value, scope, schedule, and resource requirements.\nProvide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project team members and less-experienced project managers.\nConduct research and analysis to define requirements, evaluate feasibility, and support informed decision-making.\nPartner with vendors and third parties throughout selection, contract review, and ongoing project execution processes.\nEducation & Experience\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n4-7 years of experience in banking, business, or project management.\nKnowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.\n5-7 years of experience leading projects in a project management role.\nExperience using Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tools.\nDemonstrated ability to independently lead complex, high-visibility initiatives.\nStrong analytical judgment across scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.\nAbility to identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and develop effective solutions.\nPreferred\nProject Management certification.\nStrong executive and senior stakeholder communication skills.\nExperience leading large cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nExperience mentoring less-experienced project managers.\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nYou'll have the opportunity to lead high-impact strategic initiatives that influence business outcomes across the organization.
