If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to join a team committed to excellence, this is the role for you.\nKey Accountabilities\nCarry out engineering work efficiently and effectively, following Good Manufacturing Practice, Health & Safety Legislation, and company standards.\nWork across electrical and mechanical trades as qualified and authorised.\nDiagnose faults and perform breakdown repairs on process equipment, bakery manufacturing plant, packaging machinery, and site services.\nFully utilise and help develop the CMMS to achieve world-class asset performance.\nPerform planned maintenance, modifications, installations, and upgrades to plant machinery and site services.\nWork with suppliers on machine issues and ensure documentation/drawings are up to date.\nTake a proactive role in projects, including supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment.\nDrive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to reduce downtime and improve safety and quality.\nDeliver 24/7 engineering support as required to keep the bakery running smoothly.\nManage contractors to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.\nPlus, any other duties which reasonably correspond to the general character of the role.
