The position is hands-on and requires motivation, responsibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic, technology-driven environment within the offshore industry. The successful candidate will be involved in the assembly, testing, maintenance, and operation of subsea equipment, designed to operate on the seabed during offshore cable protection projects.\nThe role involves:\n Participating in the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of hydraulic systems and components for underwater excavation equipment.\n Supporting the testing and troubleshooting of high-pressure hydraulic assemblies and identifying faults during operation.\n Operating and maintaining subsea excavation tools during offshore missions to ensure safe and efficient trenching of the seabed, protecting sensitive infrastructure.\n Working closely with engineers and other technicians on-site to deliver high-quality technical results.\n Following procedures, technical manuals, and safety protocols.\n Assist in the assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance of high-pressure hydraulic piping, components, and systems using appropriate tools.\n Ensure that installation and operation conform to specifications and technical drawings.\n Support operational readiness by performing pre-deployment checks and routine maintenance.\n Learn and apply testing methods to verify system and component performance.\n Exercise sound judgment when identifying and solving problems during testing and operation.\n Travel domestically and internationally to offshore work sites for system deployment, operation, and repairs.\n Requirements\n0-3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical/hydraulic systems.\nTechnical diploma or vocational training in mechanical or hydraulic systems. \nDegree (BSc or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline will be considered a strong asset.\nFamiliarity with high-pressure hydraulic tools, assemblies, and subsea applications is highly desirable.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team in field environments.\nGood communication skills in both Greek and English.\nKnowledge of 2D/3D design software will be considered an asset but is not required.\nBenefits\n Private Health Insurance\n Company Bus from central points\n Fast-paced environment\n Specialization in a niche market\n Competitive compensation\n Continuous development opportunities\n This job description is intended to convey information essential to understand the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
