# Instrumentation Engineer

The Instrumentation Engineer supports the maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of subsea and topside instrumentation electronic systems. This includes subsea positioning sensors (sonar, altimeters, depth sensors, gyro compasses), underwater cameras and lighting systems, optical multiplexers, and cable-tracking equipment. The role assists senior engineers and offshore personnel in both onshore maintenance activities and offshore project execution, ensuring instrumentation equipment is reliable, calibrated, properly stored, and operationally ready. The position combines hands-on technical work with equipment tracking, documentation, and coordination with multiple engineering and operational teams.
