This position offers exceptional visibility and the opportunity to influence the success of multiple high-impact programs by helping teams organize requirements, improve processes, and strengthen collaboration across stakeholders.\nYou will work closely with Program Managers and Business Systems Managers to ensure requirements are documented accurately, Jira backlogs are maintained effectively, and information flows seamlessly across teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting information, solving problems, and leveraging technology, including AI and automation tools, to improve business outcomes.\nYou will support a primarily US-based team in while gaining exposure to strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, and innovation.\nWhat will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?\nTranslate business requirements into Jira features, user stories, and related documentation.\n\nGather, organize, and document requirements from meetings, recordings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.\n\nMaintain Jira backlog hygiene by ensuring stories, tasks, and priorities remain accurate and up to date.\n\nReview acceptance criteria and support alignment between business needs and development deliverables.\n\nAssist with solution demonstrations, feedback collection, and analysis of business outcomes.\n\nCoordinate activities and communication across Program Managers, Business Systems Managers, and other stakeholders.\n\nGenerate status reports and ensure timely sharing of project information across multiple strategic programs.\n\nSupport process improvement, knowledge management, and AI-driven operational efficiencies utilizing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, and related technologies.\n\nWhat are the requirements needed for this position?\nA minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, project coordination, or a related field.\n\nExperience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.\n\nExperience working with Jira, including backlog management and user story creation.\n\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and technology delivery processes.\n\nAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nExperience working with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.\n\nWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?\nExperience working with SharePoint environments and knowledge management practices.\n\nExposure to AI and automation technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, or comparable tools.\n\nExperience supporting cross-functional or enterprise-wide programs.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nAbility to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.\n\nExperience in PMO, product, operations, or technology-focused environments.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and diverse perspectives.
