You will work across the business, from actuarial and IT to account teams, operations, and product support, to move ideas through filings, implementation, launch, and ongoing optimization.\nWhat makes us different?\nJoin a growing, high-momentum manufactured housing business with strong leadership support and expanding demand for affordable housing solutions.\n\nOwn broad, end-to-end product work across regions and states rather than a narrow or siloed product assignment.\n\nPartner with actuarial, IT, account executives, operations, product support, and other business teams to shape competitive insurance products.\n\nBring data, market insights, competitive intelligence, and product judgment together to influence profitability, competitiveness, and long-term product health.\n\nCollaborate with a supportive, team-oriented group that shares ideas, leans on each other’s strengths, and values analytical thinking.\n\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one + 401(k) with a 6% company match + Paid time off, holidays, and a volunteer day + Employee wellness and mental health resources\n\nWhat will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?\nManage manufactured home insurance product work end to end, translating product performance, customer needs, market dynamics, and business objectives into clear product priorities and action.\n\nLead filing-related work, including product research, competitive analysis, actuarial partnership, rate considerations, regulatory filing review, compliance readiness, and implementation planning.\n\nReview product performance reports, market trends, customer feedback, release documentation, system guides, workflows, specifications, and other product support materials to ensure teams and partners are ready to execute.\n\nUse SQL, product data, and business insights to identify opportunities, track the success of implemented solutions, assess market positioning, and recommend product improvements or differentiation strategies.\n\nDrive product initiatives from customer problem identification through requirements development, solution definition, user stories, QA, release coordination, launch readiness, and ongoing performance monitoring.\n\nCoordinate across actuarial, IT, account executives, operations, product support, and product teams to resolve issues, align priorities, support market-ready fulfillment, and provide a seamless enterprise experience.\n\nSupport the full product lifecycle, from ideas and validation through launch, optimization, continuous improvement, best-practice sharing, and retirement while building consensus on execution priorities.\n\nWhat are the requirements needed for this position?\n5+ years of experience in product analysis or product management role.\n\nStrong analytical and SQL skills, and experience using product performance data, customer feedback, market trends, or other business insights to identify opportunities and recommend action.\n\nExperience leading or owning multiple stages of the product lifecycle, such as requirements development, launch, implementation, performance monitoring, optimization, or retirement.\n\nWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?\nBachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field preferred.\n\nExperience in P&C insurance product management or financial product management space is preferred.\n\nWhat are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?\nRemote, US-based role with standard business hours.
