Acting as the business owner for your assigned area, you will drive productivity, quality, cost efficiency, employee engagement, and continuous improvement while ensuring exceptional execution across production, inventory, warehousing, and logistics functions.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role for a results-driven operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, develops high-performing teams, and consistently delivers measurable business outcomes.\nThis is an onsite role in our Mt Juliet TN facility.\nWhat will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?\nOwn the performance of your assigned business unit, including operational results, productivity, quality, safety, employee engagement, and cost performance\nDrive achievement of production goals through effective workforce planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization\nManage key performance indicators including yield, cost-per-unit (CPU), throughput, revenue-impacting processes, and operational efficiency\nMonitor operational dashboards and performance metrics to identify trends, solve problems, and drive corrective actions\nPartner with site leadership to execute strategic initiatives, capacity planning, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement projects\nLead, coach, and develop a team of hourly associates and frontline leaders to achieve performance goals\nManage all people leadership activities, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, employee engagement, and corrective actions\nConduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on performance, development, and career growth\nMaintain training compliance and workforce readiness through effective management of training and skill-development programs\nFoster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture\nChampion Lean, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and cost performance\nPartner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to optimize processes, resolve issues, and implement new products or workflows\nIdentify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance customer outcomes\nServe as a key liaison across departments, shifts, and stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and execution\nMaintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment by ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements\nPromote a safety-first culture and actively support risk reduction initiatives\nWhat are the requirements needed for this position?\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\n3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, repair, distribution, or logistics environment\nExperience supervising and developing hourly employees in a high-volume operation\nStrong understanding of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and production processes\nDemonstrated success driving operational performance, workforce productivity, and process improvements\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel\nExcellent communication, coaching, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment\nFlexibility to support multiple shifts as business needs require\nWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?\nAssociate's Degree or higher\nExperience leading teams of 15+ employees in a manufacturing or distribution environment\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies\nExperience with operational reporting and performance management tools such as Tableau\nPay Range:\n$64,900.00 - $108,200.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.\nIf there is no posting end date listed then this is a pipeline requisition, and we will continue to collect applications on an ongoing basis.\nHelping People Thrive in a Connected World\nConnect with us.
