The individual will interact with business team members, architects, developers, end users, and all other groups involved in software project development, testing, and delivery.\nDesign/Development/Testing:\nDesign, Build and deliver IT solutions that demonstrably provide business valueUsing the right blend of people, process and technology\n\nPartner with QA, BA, PO, and Agile team members to form high performing delivery teams\nPromote and adhere to definition of done in all solutions\nStrive to ensure that best practices are always met and delivered\nEnsure as-built documentation is captured\nStay current in new technologies and platforms; identifies emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.\nResearch, suggest, and implement tools to enhance development efficiency\nDevelop the automation strategy and help automate test cases\nSuggest and implement SDLC process improvements\nBusiness/User Requirements:\nParticipate in requirements/user story gathering sessions\nInterpret user requirements/user stories and design scalable and maintainable solutions to business problems.\nCommunicate technical concepts in everyday language\nUnderstand the needs of the user community\nDemo new features and support UAT activities\nProvide Systems support:\nLearn and enhance knowledge of the various multi-platform systems while supporting environments, utilities, and procedures\nParticipate in on-call rotations\nProvide timely, concise communication of incident status to appropriate personnel\nDocument incident occurrence and resolution(s) applied using designated repositories\nConsult with staff personnel as required for effective incident resolution\nResolve development and support issues of moderate to high complexity or risk\nEnd User Support:\nStrong communication skills.\nTranslate technical concepts in everyday language.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and drive for resolution.\nBuild relationships.\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong knowledge of Windows operating system\nStrong knowledge of web browsers (i.e. Chrome and Microsoft Edge)\nStrong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.\nExperience in cloud-based technology (Azure)\nExperience with C# and SQL Server 2014/2016\nExperience of development in .NET Core (NET8), RESTful APIs, Entity Framework or other ORM technologies.\nExperience in building responsive UI in Angular with TypeScript\nExpert in Software Development Lifecycle/Agile concepts\nExperience in systems implementing distributed architecture, service-oriented architecture, message queues, and service bus.\nExperience in back-end, multi-threaded, distributed scalable systems processing high volumes\nExperience in Microservices Architecture\nFamiliarity with writing testable code and testable code best practices\nFamiliarity in Event-Driven Architecture\nFamiliarity with Application Performance Monitoring tools like Dynatrace is a Plus\nExperience in Design Patterns and Cloud Native Development is a Plus\nUnderstanding of enterprise design patterns and best practices is a Plus\nMicrosoft certification is a plus\nBasic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s in computer science or related field\nPrevious Experience:\n5+ years of experience working in the Information Technology field.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nStellar intrapersonal and communication skills\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies\nAbility to learn new technical concepts quickly\n3 years of working knowledge of fundamental concepts and practices of Object-Oriented analysis, design and programming\n3 years of analyzing technical problems and delivering solutions of moderate to high risk\nHelping People Thrive in a Connected World\nConnect with us.
