You will lead a team of QA analysts and testers, drive testing strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a dynamic supply chain environment.\nThe ideal candidate combines deep domain expertise in Oracle SCM with strong technical QA skills, including API testing, defect triage, and log analysis.\nWhat will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?\nLead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing test strategies for Oracle SCM projects, including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts tailored to Oracle Supply Chain processes (e.g., procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory management).\nOversee defect management: triage issues, prioritize bugs, analyze application/server logs, and collaborate with development and functional teams for resolution.\nPerform and guide API testing (using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured) for integrations involving Oracle APIs and third-party systems.\nMentor and manage junior QA team members, conduct code/test reviews, and foster best practices in quality assurance.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, Oracle functional consultants) during requirements gathering, UAT, and production releases.\nImplement and improve QA processes, including automation where applicable, to enhance efficiency in testing Oracle ERP environments.\nAnalyze production issues using logs, SQL queries on Oracle databases, and diagnostic tools to support root cause analysis.\nReport on QA metrics (defect density, test coverage, escape rates) and provide status updates to stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with testing standards and contribute to continuous improvement in supply chain application quality.\nWhat are the requirements needed for this position?\n7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior QA role.\nProven expertise in testing Oracle ERP applications, particularly Supply Chain Management modules (Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Cloud SCM/Fusion).\nStrong domain knowledge of supply chain processes (e.g., inventory, purchasing, order management, manufacturing).\nHands-on experience with API testing, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration testing.\nProficiency in defect triage, log analysis (application, server, database logs), and troubleshooting complex issues.\nExperience with SQL/PL/SQL for querying Oracle databases and validating data integrity.\nExperience in AZURE, ADO\nFamiliarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, or similar.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nExperience leading QA for Oracle SCM implementations or upgrades.\nKnowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber) and CI/CD pipelines.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Confluence.\nPay Range:\n$82,200.00 - $137,200.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.\nIf there is no posting end date listed then this is a pipeline requisition, and we will continue to collect applications on an ongoing basis.\nHelping People Thrive in a Connected World\nConnect with us.
