This role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions to complex technical problems while collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional teams.\nIn this role, you will contribute to building scalable, reliable software that delivers measurable business value, while following modern development practices and engineering standards.\nThis position will be in Bengaluru/Hyderabad at our India location.\nWhat will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?\nTechnical Execution\nDesign, develop, and maintain software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.\nContribute to system design discussions and implement solutions using established architecture patterns.\nWrite clean, scalable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in existing systems.\nStay current with modern technologies and apply them where appropriate.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with QA, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deliver high-quality software.\nParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies (design discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives).\nCollaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges and improve team productivity.\nShare knowledge and provide guidance to junior engineers when needed.\nDelivery & Execution\nContribute to the implementation, testing, and deployment of features.\nSupport backlog refinement by providing technical input and effort estimation.\nEnsure delivered software meets functional and non-functional requirements.\nParticipate in code reviews to maintain consistency and quality across the codebase.\nAssist in resolving production issues and supporting operational stability.\nWhat are the requirements needed for this position?\n8+ years of experience developing enterprise-level software applications.\n8+ years of hands-on programming experience with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs.\n4+ years of experience mentoring or guiding other engineers (informal or project-based).\nExperience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services.\nStrong knowledge of object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and distributed systems.\nProficiency in .NET Core (including .NET 6/7/8), Entity Framework, or other ORM technologies.\nExperience with messaging systems such as Azure Service Bus or similar.\nUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.\nDemonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.\nWhat other skills or experience would be useful in this role?\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).\nExperience building cloud-based or microservices-oriented applications.\nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs, event-driven design, and distributed systems concepts.\nExperience working with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.\nExposure to infrastructure-as-code and cloud deployment practices.\nMicrosoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204) are a plus.\nExperience in both on-premise and cloud environments.\nOther Requirements\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience working with modern development tools and environments (e.g., Windows, Git, modern browsers).\nUnderstanding of scalable back-end system design.\nFamiliarity with secure coding practices.\nHelping People Thrive in a Connected World\nConnect with us.
