We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, or maintain scalable business products\nDevelop robust server-side logic and services using languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Node.js.\nIntegrate with databases and manage data flows between front-end and back-end systems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver products that meet business needs.\nParticipate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote best practices.\nDebug issues, fix defects, and optimize application performance.\nWork with IT partners to ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.\nDocument processes, configurations, and technical decisions.\n\nCandidate Background & Qualifications\n\nSeeking a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.\nMinimum 3.0 GPA (if recent graduate).\nProficiency in either Python, Java, C#, Node.js, etc.\nExperience with RESTful APIs, web services, and database integration.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nAbility to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and present assignments concisely and accurately.\nAbility to work well as part of a team as well as independently, maintaining accountability over assigned tasks.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\n\nThe salary for the position is expected to be from $30 per hour to $32 per hour. The actual salary will depend on various factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s experience and credentials, salary expectations of applicable candidates, and other applicable market conditions.
