This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring that our digital solutions are aligned with stakeholder requirements and contribute to enhancing Singapore’s position as a leading global maritime hub. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and agile methodologies to develop digital products that will be relevant for a range of stakeholders in our maritime ecosystem, which would include our port operators, international shipping lines, technology companies, among others.\nThe maritime sector in Singapore faces significant challenges, as well as opportunities. It is critical to position Singapore to capture benefits from growing maritime trade, while addressing various challenges including our manpower constraints and global pressures for maritime decarbonisation. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance Singapore’s global positioning as a leading maritime hub by identifying and advancing new value proposition for our maritime ecosystem through strategising and managing digital products.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine the vision and strategy for a portfolio of products and services\nManage the product lifecycle, from conceptualisation to delivery\nManage and review demand priorities, areas of improvement, plan and coordinate development progress to ensure a good product launch and continuous evolution\nTo launch new products and features, test their performance, collect data and user feedback, and iterate constantly and quickly\nEffectively influence and communicate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development and growth, and build strong relationships at the executive level\nWork with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, Business Analysts, User Experience Designers, Engineers in planning the activities required and timeline for each release. \nRequirements\n Experience in leading full software / product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.\n 3+ years of relevant experiences as a Product Manager\n Proven experience in application solution and design. \n Strong understanding of agile software development processes. \n Experience in outsourcing and vendor management \n Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using analytics tools to drive product decisions.
