The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of project management, operational support, incident/problem management, and stakeholder coordination skills.\nThis role requires a hands-on professional who can manage project activities while also working closely with technical and business teams to ensure systems and applications remain stable, operational, and responsive to business needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.\nCoordinate day-to-day operational and production support activities across technical teams.\nMonitor production issues, incidents, risks, and dependencies and drive them through resolution.\nCoordinate with application, infrastructure, development, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.\nManage priorities, timelines, action items, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.\nFacilitate status meetings and communicate project and operational updates to stakeholders and leadership.\nDevelop and maintain project documentation, status reports, action logs, and operational procedures.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational processes, system performance, and support efficiency.\nRequired Qualifications\n4-7 years of experience in IT project management, IT operations, application support, or a related field.\nExperience managing IT projects in a production or operational environment within Microsoft Azure platform.\nStrong understanding of production support, incident management, problem management, and change management.\nExperience coordinating with technical teams such as application development, infrastructure, database, cybersecurity, and/or service desk.\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nExperience with project management tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nU.S. Citizenship required.
