The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technical teams, and vendors to validate requirements, evaluate solutions, support system integration, and ensure successful implementation.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nGather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional system requirements.\nAnalyze existing business processes, workflows, and data flows to identify improvements and recommend technology solutions.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, project managers, developers, and vendors on solution design and implementation.\nDevelop system design documents, functional specifications, and prototypes as required.\nPrepare unit and system testing scripts and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nSupport system implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and post-production operations.\nDocument requirements for system enhancements, change requests, and break/fix activities.\nAssess technology solutions, identify business needs, and recommend process improvements.\nDevelop and maintain business requirements, test plans, technical documentation, and system performance metrics.\nProvide stakeholder consultation, technical assistance, and user training throughout project implementation.\nMaintain effective working relationships and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.\nShould have 12+ years of experience in systems analysis, change management analysis, project management, program analysis, or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience in Public Safety system implementations and post-production support as a primary technical resource.\nKnowledge of information systems planning, development, implementation, and maintenance.\nStrong business process analysis, requirements gathering, system design, and technical documentation skills.\nExperience developing functional specifications, test plans, and test scripts.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with a government entity.\nFive or more years of experience with Public Safety projects.\nASSYST is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
