The ideal candidate must have strong experience in .NET application development, database engineering, system integration, and UI/UX design, along with the ability to translate business requirements into production-ready solutions. Experience with legacy application modernization, HighGear workflow platforms, and government projects is preferred.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, enhance, modernize, and maintain .NET web applications and Web APIs.\nMaintain existing applications built using MVC and Clean Architecture.\nSupport process flows and workflow applications currently implemented through the HighGear low-code/no-code platform.\nGather and translate user enhancement requests into functional requirements, technical designs, and production-ready solutions.\nPerform database administration, development, integration, reporting, and data migration using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.\nMap and migrate data from disparate database systems into Microsoft SQL Server.\nDevelop and integrate applications using VB.NET, C#, Blazor, React, .NET, HTML, and SQL.\nImplement SSO and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations.\nDevelop responsive and accessible user interfaces compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.\nUtilize AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot in accordance with organizational security and compliance policies.\nPrepare and deploy .NET application packages across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.\nDevelop SQL scripts for database requests and maintain technical, functional, and release documentation.\nCollaborate with Project Managers and technical teams within structured project governance environments.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nMaster's degree (MS) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related computer field.\nExperience in .NET web application and Web API development.\nExperience maintaining .NET applications using MVC and Clean Architecture.\nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle database administration, coding, integration, and reporting.\nStrong proficiency in VB.NET, C#, .NET, Blazor, React, HTML, and SQL.\nExperience in database engineering, data mapping, and migration across different database systems.\nExperience in requirements engineering, system design, and application enhancement.\nHands-on experience with SSO and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integration.\nExperience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.\nExperience with .NET deployments across Development, Testing, and Production environments.\nStrong knowledge of responsive UI/UX design and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.\nExcellent technical documentation skills.\nExperience working in structured project environments and collaborating with Project Managers.\nPrevious government or public-sector project experience is preferred.\nASSYST is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
