Working within the Information Management and BIM team, you will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, supporting design integration activities, undertaking clash detection, and ensuring BIM deliverables meet project requirements and standards.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM professional looking to work on complex, high-profile projects whilst helping establish and improve BIM processes, standards, and digital delivery capability.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across project teams and supply chain partners.\nReceive, review and federate models from multiple design disciplines.\nPerform clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks and other BIM tools.\nProduce clash reports and track coordination actions through to resolution.\nFacilitate and support model review workshops and coordination meetings.\nMonitor BIM deliverables against project requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).\nUndertake model quality assurance reviews prior to publication and formal issue.\nSupport interface management between contractors and design organisations.\nMaintain BIM coordination registers, action trackers, and project KPI dashboards to facilitate discussions with key project stakeholders.\nWork closely with Information Managers to ensure coordinated models and associated information are managed within the Common Data Environment (CDE).\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives relating to BIM standards, workflows, and digital delivery processes.\nProvide support and guidance to project stakeholders on BIM coordination processes and requirements.\nThese duties align with Assystem BIM Coordinator responsibilities for receiving, reviewing, and coordinating models, undertaking clash detection, and supporting design coordination activities.\nModel federation and coordination.\nDesign integration and interface management.\nClash detection and resolution.\nBIM quality assurance.\nBIM reporting and performance monitoring.\nDigital delivery process improvement.\nCollaboration with project teams, contractors, and client representatives.\n Essential\nExperience working as a BIM Coordinator or similar BIM delivery role.\nKnowledge of ISO 19650 suite.\nAsset Information Requirements (AIRs)\nPractical experience using Autodesk Navisworks Manage.\nExperience working with Autodesk Revit models.\nExperience federating models from multiple disciplines.\nExperience undertaking clash detection and dashboard reporting.\nUnderstanding of BIM processes and BIM Execution Plans.\nExperience working within multidisciplinary project environments.\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nAbility to chair and facilitate coordination meetings.\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills.\nDesirable\nExperience using CDEs such as ProjectWise, Asite, Opentree, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.\nExperience within major infrastructure, nuclear, defence or transportation projects.\nExperience producing BIM metrics and reports using Power BI.\nKnowledge of asset information and digital handover requirements.\nSC security clearance\nQualifications\nDegree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in BIM, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline.\nRelevant Autodesk or BIM qualifications desirable but not essential.\nWhy Join the Switchers Community?\nA dynamic career management policy to enable our employees to progress through our five business lines: operations, project, technical, sales and support functions\nProvide opportunities to work on exciting, global projects\nAccess to an employee assistance programme with free mindfulness, health, wellbeing resources and a confidential support line available 24/7 via phone or text\nDiscount vouchers for days out and restaurants, eye test and glasses vouchers, cycle to work scheme, free flu jabs\nEnhanced sick pay\nPlease be aware that this role is subject to both security and export control restrictions.\nThese restrictions mean that factors such as your nationality, any nationalities you may have previously held, and your place of birth can restrict the roles you are eligible to perform within the organisation.\nAll applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard.
