With over 60 years of experience in highly regulated sectors, the group supports public and industrial stakeholders in the execution of complex and strategic infrastructure projects, subject to high safety and security requirements.\nAssystem mobilizes 8,000 experts in 13 countries and intervenes across the entire project lifecycle, in engineering, project management and digital solutions.\n You will support the delivery of mechanical equipment installation activities across a major nuclear construction programme.\nThe role focuses on construction delivery, contractor coordination and installation of critical rotating equipment.\nSupport delivery of mechanical installation works across assigned construction areas\nMonitor installation of pumps, gearboxes and rotating equipment packages\nPromote safety, quality and compliance throughout construction delivery activities\nReview contractor documentation, audits and assurance inspection findings\nCoordinate closely with logistics, quality and project controls teams\nTrack progress, escalate issues and provide detailed construction reports\nAttend technical meetings and support contractor delivery performance improvement\nConduct site inspections supporting project health, safety and quality objectives\nMaintain accurate construction records and daily site activity logs\nSupport construction sequencing, recovery planning and resource allocation activities\nMechanical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent technical qualification\nExperience delivering construction projects within complex industrial environments\nStrong knowledge of rotating equipment installation and mechanical assembly techniques\nExperience using precision measuring instruments including dial gauges and micrometers\nAbility to read mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic engineering drawings\nUnderstanding of CDM Regulations and construction safety responsibilities\nSMSTS or IOSH qualification holder with strong safety leadership skills\nExcellent stakeholder management and contractor coordination capabilities\nStrong report writing, organisational and communication skills\nExperience within nuclear or major power generation projects advantageous\n Why Apply?\nJoin Assystem and become a key player in delivering critical nuclear projects that shape the future of energy.
