With more than 60 years of experience in highly regulated sectors, the group supports public and industrial players in the implementation of complex and strategic infrastructure projects, subject to high safety and security requirements.\nAssystem mobilizes 8,000 experts in 13 countries and is involved in the entire project life cycle, in engineering, project management and digital solutions.\nKey Responsibilities & Accountabilities\nDevelop and oversee project HSE plans, procedures, KPIs and compliance monitoring across applicable workstreams.\nReview contractor/consultant HSE submissions and monitor HSE performance, audits and closeout actions.\nLead HSE risk reviews, incident reporting, lessons learned and emergency preparedness coordination.\nAdvise PM leadership on HSE risks, legal requirements and required corrective actions.\nPromote a proactive HSE culture and stop-work authority where unsafe conditions exist.\nKey Result Areas\nHSE compliance\nIncident prevention and reporting\nAudit/action closure\nContractor HSE performance\nHSE culture\nQuality Responsibilities\nRequest the necessary resources for the continuity and efficiency of the quality management system and increase commitment within the unit.\nEnsure all activities within the unit comply with laws, applicable national/international standards and ethical rules.\nCarry out project activities in accordance with the Quality Management System and ensure rules are followed effectively.\nWork in accordance with the Quality Management System and contribute to its development and continuous improvement.\nHSE Responsibilities\nImplement Assystem safety programs within the team and consistently adhere to Assystem HSE policies, procedures and applicable legal requirements.\nKeep work areas organized and free of hazards; promptly report deviations, faults, hazards and HSE incidents to the HSE Representative or line manager.\nParticipate in operational controls to eliminate or mitigate newly identified risks and support incident investigations when required.\nEnsure own actions do not compromise personal safety or the safety of others; cooperate on health and safety matters and stop work if conditions are unsafe.\nSpecialty\nHealth, safety and environmental governance, compliance monitoring and HSE reporting\nEducation Degree\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, Environmental Science or related discipline.\nTraining/certifications\nNEBOSH IGC/Diploma, IOSH, ISO 45001/14001 training preferred; Saudi HSE regulatory awareness required.\nTechnical knowledge\nHSE management systems, hazard identification, risk assessment, audits, incident reporting, contractor HSE oversight, emergency preparedness and HSE KPIs.\nMinimum Years of Experience\n15+ years\n Communications & Presentation Skills\nQuality Consciousness\nAttention to Details\nProblem Solving & Decision Making\nResults Orientation\nPlanning and organizing with time management\nRelationship Management\nWe are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote, as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company.
