Reporting to one of the Lead - HRBP the role focuses on operational HRBP delivery across the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency and timely execution of HR initiatives in alignment with approved frameworks and organizational requirements.\nRole and Responsibilities\nManage effective on boarding and induction for all new joiners. \nTrack the learning needs for the region and deploy the suitable programs to build capabilities at organizational, functional and individual level in coordination with L&D.\nProvide HR Business partnership to deliver and program manage HR services around Performance Management, Internal Mobility, D&I, Talent Management, Engagement and Exit management.\nDevelop Employee engagement agenda for the region along with planning and executing employee wellness activities.\nOwn establishment matters related HR compliance matters including handling disciplinary issues.\nEnsure administrative issues are managed and minimum standards of facilities are provided to employees.\nResponsible for Mobilization and De-mobilization of resources for the projects in the West region.\nPrepare different HR reports on hiring, attrition, training, employee engagement, employee query/issue resolution etc. on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis as applicable\n MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of overall experience in the HR function.
