Work collaboratively across functions to align workforce demand, strengthen skills and ensure the organisation is equipped to meet evolving delivery needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nWorkforce Planning: Develop and maintain resource plans that align workforce capacity, skills and availability with operational and project delivery requirements.\nResource Coordination: Coordinate workforce demand across functions, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and competing priorities are managed.\nRecruitment & Workforce Transition: Support recruitment, onboarding, deployment and workforce transition activities to ensure resource requirements are met efficiently.\nCompetence & Training: Establish and coordinate competence management and training arrangements to develop, maintain and enhance workforce capability.\nQualifications & Training Records: Track qualifications, competencies and training completion, ensuring records remain accurate, up to date and aligned with role requirements.\nFuture Capability Planning: Forecast future workforce and skills requirements, identifying capability gaps and supporting proactive succession and development planning.\nWorkforce Retention & Development: Support workforce retention initiatives, career development and skills progression to strengthen engagement and maintain critical capabilities.\nResource Performance Reporting: Monitor and report workforce, resource and training performance, providing clear insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.\n Experience & Capability\nWorkforce & Resource Management: Demonstrable experience in workforce planning, resource management or resource coordination, ensuring people and capabilities are aligned with operational and project delivery requirements.\nMultidisciplinary Team Coordination: Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working across functions to manage resource demands, align priorities and support effective delivery.\nWorkforce Planning: Strong workforce planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to assess resource requirements, identify capability gaps and support future workforce needs.\nCompetence & Training Systems: Good knowledge of competence management frameworks, training systems and qualification tracking, with an understanding of how to maintain and develop workforce capability.\nRecruitment & Workforce Transition: Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, workforce mobilisation and transition activities to ensure resources are available and suitably prepared for their roles.\nStakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships, coordinate competing requirements and influence outcomes across teams and functions.\n Whilst we encourage applications from all nationalities, Assystem within the UK are subject to security and export control restrictions due to the nature of work to be undertaken.\nThese restrictions mean that factors including your nationality, any previous nationalities you have held, and/or your place of birth may limit those roles that you can perform for the organisation.\nNOTICE TO CANDIDATES ON RECRUITMENT FRAUD - We are committed to safeguarding candidates from fraudulent activity associated with our recruitment process.
