We are looking for a French speaking, Supplier Quality Lead to join one of our major nuclear infrastructure projects, acting as CFSI Manager. As Supplier Quality Lead (CFSI Manager), you will lead the management of Counterfeit, Fraudulent and Suspect Item (CFSI) activities across a major nuclear infrastructure programme. Working within the Supplier Quality team, you will drive the development, implementation, and oversight of CFSI prevention, detection, and resolution processes across the project and supply chain.

You will manage a team of Quality Engineers, support supplier quality improvement initiatives, and work closely with project teams, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to ensure quality standards are maintained and risks are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the Counterfeit, Fraudulent and Suspect Items (CFSI) Strategy, driving prevention, detection, investigation, reporting, and resolution activities across the project and supply chain.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Engineers, ensuring effective delivery of supplier quality and CFSI activities.
  • Conduct supplier assessments, audits, inspections, and surveillance activities to identify, mitigate, and resolve quality and CFSI risks.
  • Deliver CFSI training, coaching, and awareness programmes to project teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyse supplier quality performance and CFSI trends, producing reports, insights, and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain CFSI records, reporting, and management information across project systems and governance processes.
  • Work collaboratively with supply chain, engineering, project delivery, and quality teams to ensure compliance with nuclear industry standards and project requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance, support, and constructive challenge to drive quality outcomes.
  • Proactively identify quality risks and implement effective mitigation measures to support safe, compliant, and efficient delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of quality strategies, policies, standards, and best practices, promoting a strong quality culture and continuous improvement across the programme.
  • HNC/HND qualification or Degree in a relevant science or engineering subject, or equivalent.
  • Successfully completed an IRCA accredited Lead Audit Course for ISO 9001:205/ISO 19443:2018 (desirable)
  • Experience in the application of IAEA, GSR Pt 2. ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 19443 standard in a multi-disciplinary project environment.
  • Good understanding of the risks and impact of CFSI in complex manufacturing supply chains.
  • Proven leadership experience working in a quality assurance/control environment within the nuclear industry or other relevant safety critical industry.
  • Experienced in the analysis of data, preparing reports and making recommendations.
  • Demonstrable experience in Continuous Improvement with a sound knowledge of manufacturing improvement techniques.
  • The successful candidate must be fluent in English and French.
