Service Provider and Authority Coordination\nCoordinate telecom requirements with CST requirements and relevant service providers.\nIdentify required telecom-provider connection points.\nEstablish requirements for OSP infrastructure.\nCoordinate service-provider network-entry requirements.\nSupport technical submissions to telecom providers and authorities.\nRespond to authority and service-provider comments.\nAttend technical coordination meetings.\nMonitor telecom-related approvals and close outstanding technical comments.\nEnsure adequate infrastructure is provided for multiple service providers where required.\n8. Multidisciplinary Coordination\nCoordinate telecommunications and ELV systems with all disciplines (Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Infrastructure utilities, Fire & Life Safety, Security, BMS, Smart-city systems, AV specialists, Landscape, Interior Design, Utility Engineering)\nSpecial attention shall be given to:\nTelecom-room locations and sizes.\nMDF and IDF locations.\nEquipment-room cooling.\nPower and UPS requirements.\nCable containment.\nEquipment, access and maintenance.\nRiser requirements.\nExternal utility corridors.\nSeparation from electrical power systems.\nBuilding penetrations.\nSecurity and operational requirements.\n9. BIM and Digital Engineering\nCoordinate telecom models with the multidisciplinary BIM environment.\nEnsure telecom equipment and containment are properly incorporated into BIM models.\nParticipate in clash-detection workshops.\nResolve spatial coordination issues.\nCoordinate telecom rooms, shafts, risers and containment routes.\nEnsure consistency between BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications.\n10. Technical Review and Quality Assurance\nPerform technical checks and discipline reviews.\nReview calculations, layouts, schematics and specifications.\nEnsure designs follow approved project standards.\nParticipate in interdisciplinary design reviews.\nManage resolution of Client and checking comments.\nMaintain compliance with Assystem's Quality Management System.\nIdentify and record lessons learned.\nPromote standardization and continuous technical improvement.\n11. Client Interface\nParticipate in Client technical meetings and workshops.\nPresent telecom and ICT design concepts.\nExplain proposed network architecture and system strategies.\nRespond to Client comments.\nProvide technical recommendations.\nSupport assessment of alternative solutions.\nAssist Project Managers in resolving telecom-related technical and stakeholder matters.\n12. Tender and Construction Support\nWhere included within project scope:\nRespond to tender queries.\nAssist with technical bid evaluation.\nReview proposed telecom equipment.\nReview contractor technical submissions.\nReview shop drawings.\nReview material submissions.\nRespond to RFIs.\nAssess proposed substitutions.\nReview value-engineering proposals.\nSupport testing and commissioning activities.\nParticipating in system demonstrations and acceptance activities where required.\n13.
