With 8,000 experts across 13 countries, Assystem supports the development of low-carbon energy.\n As part of Assystem’s transformation programme (ATP), we are accelerating the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud supported by SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).\nExperience range - 10 -15 years\nTo secure delivery and enforce high engineering standards, we are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead & Expert able to design, build and lead complex SAP BTP solutions in a multi-country, multi-stakeholder environment.\nThe role combines deep technical expertise, delivery ownership and team leadership.\nJoin Assystem's transformation programme as a senior hands-on Tech Lead SAP BTP. You will be the technical authority on BTP topics at team level, acting under the guidance of the ATP Technical Authority, while actively contributing to development and integration activities.\nThe Tech Lead is accountable for architecture, code quality and delivery. He/she is expected to lead by example through hands-on contributions and ensure alignment with SAP best practices (Clean Core, side-by-side extensibility, API-first).\n Hands-on Architecture & Development\nDesign and implement BTP extensions (CAP - Node.js / Java)\nBuild APIs (OData / REST) and event-driven integrations\nDevelop Fiori/UI5 applications when required\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues\nTechnical Leadership\nLead developers and act as technical reference\nPerform code reviews and enforce best practices\nStructure development guidelines and reusable assets\nSupport team upskilling\nIntegration\nImplement integrations via SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management)\nDesign secure and scalable interfaces with S/4 and third-party systems\nDelivery & DevOps\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies\nEnsure quality, performance and maintainability\nActively participate in testing and validation phases\nSoft skills\nThe candidate shows strong ownership and a clear focus on delivery. They combine technical expertise with hands-on execution and lead by example.
