This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, repairing equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency.\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting skills, preventative maintenance experience, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, military maintenance, aerospace, electronics, reliability engineering, or industrial operations is highly preferred.\nPay: up to $42 an hour based on experience, with overtime opportunities. \nShift: 2nd Shift - Nights: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m. (4x10 schedule) with a 10% shift differential and paid lunch and breaks\nWhat you’ll do:\nPreventative & Predictive Maintenance\nPerform scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, machinery, and support equipment.\nInspect equipment and systems to identify wear, potential failures, and reliability concerns.\nDocument maintenance activities using maintenance management systems (CMMS).\nAssist in developing and improving preventative maintenance programs.\nTroubleshooting & Repair\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.\nDiagnose equipment failures using schematics, technical manuals, drawings, and diagnostic tools.\nRepair or replace motors, sensors, relays, switches, pumps, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, valves, and related equipment.\nUtilize multimeters, hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify root causes and restore equipment functionality.\nManufacturing & Production Support\nSupport production operations by responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime.\nCoordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and operational efficiency.\nAssist with installation, modification, relocation, and commissioning of production equipment.\nParticipate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.\nFacility Maintenance\nMaintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, compressed air systems, and electrical infrastructure.\nPerform general facility repairs and maintenance activities as needed.\nMaintain safe and efficient facility operations.\nSafety & Compliance\nFollow OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), electrical safety practices, and company safety procedures.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nParticipate in safety audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.\nWhat You Bring:\nMust be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or authorized to work in the United States.\nValid driver's license with acceptable driving record.\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nMinimum one (1) year of industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, military maintenance, facilities maintenance, electronics maintenance, or related experience.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.\nBasic understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.\nAbility to read technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions.\nExperience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nThree (3) or more years of industrial maintenance experience.\nMilitary maintenance experience (Electrical Maintenance, Aviation Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, etc.)\nManufacturing, aerospace, semiconductor, chemical plant, refinery, industrial operations, or production facility experience.\nExperience with CMMS systems and preventative maintenance programs.\nElectrical troubleshooting experience using multimeters and test equipment.\nExperience working with motors, controls, conveyors, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment.\nKnowledge of reliability-centered maintenance principles.\nOSHA, electrical safety, Lockout/Tagout, or related certifications.\nTechnical school, vocational training, military technical training, or associate degree in a maintenance-related field.\nStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.\nMechanical and electrical aptitude.\nExperience performing preventative and corrective maintenance.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nCommitment to safety and quality.\nExperience supporting high-reliability operations.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with shifting priorities.\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment:\nAbility to work in a standard office
