The role focuses on high-frequency and high-data-rate hardware development across the full product lifecycle, ensuring robust performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign high-speed multilayer PCBs with controlled impedance.\nDevelop high-speed digital interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, and SerDes.\nEnsure signal integrity and power integrity across complex electronic systems.\nDesign and integrate RF and mixed-signal circuits.\nPerform schematic design, layout supervision, and PCB stack-up definition.\nConduct signal integrity and RF simulations to validate designs.\nSupport hardware validation, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.\nCollaborate with FPGA, RF, and system engineering teams to ensure successful product integration.\nPrepare technical documentation and support manufacturing and production processes.\nQualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience:\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in high-speed hardware design.\nStrong experience using PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence.\nSolid knowledge of signal integrity principles and transmission line theory.\nExperience with high-speed communication protocols including PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, and SerDes.\nHands-on laboratory experience using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and related test equipment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nRF design experience in the GHz frequency range.\nExperience within satellite, aerospace, or telecommunications industries.\nFamiliarity with FPGA-based systems.\nExperience with simulation tools such as HyperLynx, ADS, and HFSS.\nKnowledge of EMC/EMI standards and compliance requirements.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nResults-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.\nTechnology Stack:\nAltium Designer.\nCadence Design Systems.\nHyperLynx.\nADS (Advanced Design System).\nHFSS.\nOscilloscopes.\nSpectrum analyzers and electronic test equipment.\nPCB design and simulation tools.\nMicrosoft Office Suite.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods.\nAbility to work in laboratory environments and interact safely with electronic test equipment.\nAbility to perform hardware testing, validation, and debugging activities.\nMay require occasional travel to support testing, integration, manufacturing, or customer activities.\nAbility to handle electronic hardware and laboratory equipment as required.\nThis job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
