The ideal candidate will work on wireless communication systems, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with industry standards, and reliability across applications such as telecommunications, satellite systems, and IoT devices.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and optimize RF circuits, systems, and components, including antennas, amplifiers, and filters.\nConduct RF modeling, simulation, and performance analysis for S-band, UHF, and GPS systems.\nPerform acceptance testing of RF systems and equipment.\nExecute testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance verification activities.\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards (e.g., FCC, CE).\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and product engineering teams.\nAnalyze signal propagation, interference, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.\nSupport field testing, installation, and system integration activities.\nMonitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.\nQualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience:\nA minimum of 3 years of experience in RF Engineering or a related field.\nProven experience in RF engineering, preferably within satellite or space communications environments.\nStrong understanding of RF systems including S-band, UHF, and GPS technologies.\nHands-on experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.\nExperience performing RF system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in RF/Microwave Engineering or a related discipline.\nExperience in antenna design and propagation modeling.\nKnowledge of embedded systems and PCB design.\nExperience with compliance testing and certification processes.\nFamiliarity with IoT, satellite, or radar systems.\nExperience with RF simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, or CST.\nKnowledge of communication standards including 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.\nProject management and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nTechnology Stack:\nRF test equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators).\nHFSS.\nADS (Advanced Design System).\nCST Studio Suite.\nRF and microwave simulation tools.\nEMC testing and analysis tools.\nMicrosoft Office Suite.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to work in a standard office and laboratory environment and use a computer for extended periods.\nAbility to work with RF testing equipment and laboratory instruments safely.\nMay require occasional travel for site testing, field support, and system implementation activities.\nAbility to move and handle testing equipment when required.\nAbility to work in laboratory, production, and field-testing environments.\nThis job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
